Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (BS-HRIM)

The Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management program integrates theory and practice to provide you with a strong management and service orientation as well as a global perspective of hotel and restaurant operations.

Students may choose from among the following fields of specialization:

The Culinary Arts track nurtures your passion for food and its preparation. You will learn to work in a professional kitchen using the latest tools and equipment to prepare various ingredients while observing sanitation, safety, and hygiene. You will also learn butchery, fish-mongery, and international cuisine along with financial management, entrepreneurship, franchising, and small business management.

The Hospitality track prepares you for a career in hospitality services of lodging and dining. You will learn to be aware and alert about the minutest details in managing and operating hotels and restaurants. You will learn the skills and customer-oriented attitudes expected of a professional hotelier or restaurateur, but also the business side of running a restaurant or hotel.

The Tourism track prepares you to be a competitive player in the tourism industry. You will learn to serve the travel needs of different clients and direct them to places around the country and even the world. Aside from travel and tourism courses, you will also take management and basic accounting courses along with a foreign language and a personality development course.


International Hospitality Management (BS-IHM)

The International Hospitality Management program is our international double-degree program made possible through our partnership with Institut Vatel (France). The focus of the program is Hotel Management through enhanced integration of theory and practice with a global management perspective.


Associate Degree in Culinary Arts (ADiCA)

The ADiCA program is offered in consortium with the Center for Asian Culinary Studies. Designed and handled by seasoned chefs and industry practitioners, the twelve-month program is designed to develop you into a culinary artist or caterer putting up your own food service establishment.
