• Students with pending balances at Accounting Office and overdue accountabilities with the Learning Resource Center (LRC), Office of the Registrar, Office of the Student Behavior (OSB), Student Grants Unit (SGU) and Foreign Students Unit (FSU) must clear all accountabilities before they are allowed to enlist.


• Students who have reached the limit of the Maximum Retention Policy may approach their respective Records-in Charge for inquiries.
